A Room For Pilates Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours ahead of time. Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will be charged.

ONLINE ZOOM APPOINTMENTS
These sessions commonly use basic mat support equipment such as: Yoga mats, yoga blocks, physio ball, foam roller, foam arc, and a 4-legged chair… They are very effective and focus on stretching and gentle movement.
